   VPN Client Installation DNE Error

Question 

DNE error requesting reboot when installing Cisco VPN client 5.0 or higher.  Error reads:

"Install DNE"

"Error DNE installation requires reboot first"

Answer 

Please take the following steps to resolve this error:

1.  Un-install the Cisco VPN client application.

2.  Reboot the system.

3.  Download the DNE Upgrade from : www.deterministicnetworks.com

4.  Install downloaded file from Step 3.

5. Reboot the system as requested by the SNE Upgrade installer.

6. Install the Cisco VPN Client.
